Policy Statement

All services provided by AP Contracting, LLC are backed by a 100% Money-Back Guarantee. If a client is not completely satisfied with the service received, AP Contracting, LLC will take one of the following actions:

  1. Personally address and correct the concerns at no additional cost.
  2. Issue a full refund of the original service payment.

Eligibility

  • The client must notify AP Contracting, LLC of any service concerns within 7 calendar days of service completion.
  • Refund requests or correction requests must be made directly to the business owner via phone, email, or in writing.
  • The dissatisfaction must be related to the quality or completeness of the service performed.

Procedure

  1. Client Contact – The client communicates their concern within the specified timeframe.
  2. Assessment – The business owner will review the concern, including service records and any supporting evidence provided by the client.
  3. Resolution – The owner will offer either:
    • A no-cost service correction within a reasonable timeframe, or
    • A full refund to the client’s original payment method.

Limitations

  • Refunds will not be issued for services where the concern was not reported within 7 days of completion.
  • Refunds will not cover pre-existing issues unrelated to the service provided.
  • Guarantee applies only to services performed directly by AP Contracting, LLC and not to work proided by other providers.
